Dr. Zhao is a reconstructive urologist practicing at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach and Irvine. He received his undergraduate degree in Bioengineering at UC Berkeley and his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He completed his Urology Residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and a fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstruction and Prosthetic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic.
