Dr. Pooya Banapour is a board-certified urologist and urologic oncologist specializing in minimally invasive and robotic surgery for malignancies of the prostate, kidney, bladder, and adrenal glands. After earning his medical degree at UC San Diego, he completed residency training in urology at Kaiser Los Angeles (serving as Chief Resident), followed by a fellowship in robotic urologic oncology at City of Hope, with additional work in reconstructive and female urology.
