HICAP - HEALTH INSURANCE COUNSELING & ADVOCACY PROGRAM

A counsellor from the HICAP program gave a very comprehensive overview of Medicare and related healthcare insurance options at the start of the September Advanced/Recurring support group meeting. The presentation, from Ms. Beatriz Nunez, is very timely, just before the Annual Enrollment Period Oct 15 - Dec 7 (AEP) for Medicare.
